Oopsies, I lost track of the time. I meant to post this yesterday as it was Rose's birthday
and someone isn't watching me anymore
, buuuuuuuut time moves different in university. Seriously, I keep coming across messages and emails that are several months old, and I'm always surprised that I hadn't responded, because it always seems like it was just yesterday.
Speaking of responding, I'm slowlyslowlyslowly working my way through my dA inbox, so activity from me is still. absent. at. best. But I do intend to reconnect with you folks, especially you sweethearted cosplayers that I've had the pleasure to meet.
Anywho, I debuted this costume on July 19th, 2009, at Otakon in Baltimore, Maryland. Other than a few cuts of wire, I did all the work on it
but there was no sewing involved so that counts for squat
and I'm pretty content with the outcome. The skirt, shoes, and fishnets aren't accurate, but ohwell.
